You can restore your active Lead Her subscription on any iOS device tied to your Apple ID at any time:
- Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID on your iPhone/iPad that originally purchased the subscription.
- Open Lead Her and navigate to Settings ➔ Subscription.
- Tap Restore Purchases.
- The app will communicate with Apple's StoreKit to verify your receipt and immediately re-activate your premium status.
All subscription billing and cancellations for iOS are handled securely by Apple:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID name / profile at the very top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select Lead Her from the list of active subscriptions.
- Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial).
If you cancel, you will retain full premium access until the end of your current billing period or trial duration.
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of Lead Her Premium ($7.99/month). During the trial, you have unlimited access to cycle phase predictions, partner insights, and reminders. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the 7-day trial concludes, Apple will automatically renew the subscription at the standard monthly rate.
If push reminders are not appearing on your device, check the following system settings:
- Open your device Settings ➔ scroll down to Lead Her ➔ tap Notifications.
- Ensure Allow Notifications is toggled ON, and alerts (Lock Screen, Notification Center, Banners) are enabled.
- Check whether an active Focus Mode (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, or Work) is silencing notifications from Lead Her.
- In the Lead Her app, verify that you have entered your partner's last cycle start date and cycle length.
Lead Her models the four natural phases of the menstrual cycle: Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulation, and Luteal based on the last period start date and average cycle length (defaulting to 28 days or customized to your entry). The app synthesizes evidence-based physiological guidelines to provide compassionate insights into energy shifts, mood tendencies, and thoughtful ways to support your partner.
Yes. Lead Her allows you to create and switch between multiple partner or family member profiles, each with independent cycle lengths and period start dates, so you can offer customized care and empathy to every woman in your life.
Because Apple manages all iOS App Store financial transactions directly, app developers cannot issue direct refunds. To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.
- Select "I'd like to" ➔ "Request a refund", choose your reason, and select Lead Her.
