1 Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Lead Her (the "App", package name com.leadher.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2 Description of Service
Lead Her is an intuitive cycle awareness app that helps users understand and support the women in their lives by providing calculated estimates of menstrual cycle phases, mood tendencies, helpful tips, and timely notifications.
3 User Consent & Partner Profiles
Lead Her allows tracking partner profiles. You affirm that:
- You have obtained explicit consent from the individual whose cycle information is tracked.
- You use the insights strictly for supportive and positive relationship purposes.
- You will not use the application for unauthorized surveillance, harassment, or coercion.
4 Subscriptions & Billing
Lead Her offers subscription features (including a 7-day trial and monthly subscriptions). All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing. Subscription management, auto-renewal settings, and cancellations are handled through your Google Play account settings.
5 Account Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time either directly in the app under Settings → Delete Account or by submitting a request on our Account Deletion Page. Upon deletion, all associated cycle records and account credentials are permanently erased.
6 Intellectual Property & Prohibitions
All content, algorithm calculations, designs, branding, and text are the intellectual property of Lead Her. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, or resell any portion of the app.
